If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance or availability of merchandise.

7. Returns, Refused Packages, and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by the Harry Peaches Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Customers must initiate an eligible return with Harry Peaches within 5 days of delivery and follow the return instructions provided by Harry Peaches.

Once a return is authorized, the return package must be handed to the designated carrier and receive its first carrier acceptance scan within 3 business days of the date the return authorization is issued.

Merchandise must be received and inspected before a refund can be approved.

Customers should not refuse delivery, mark a package "Return to Sender," or send merchandise to an address appearing on the original shipping package as a substitute for following our authorized return procedure.

Some orders are fulfilled through third party production and fulfillment facilities. Unauthorized returns or refused shipments may therefore be sent somewhere other than a Harry Peaches return location.

If merchandise cannot be recovered, received, or inspected because a customer refused a shipment or returned merchandise outside our authorized return process, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact orders@harrypeaches.com within 5 days of delivery and provide the information requested in our Return & Refund Policy.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

DON'T FUCK WITH MY DOGS™ is a trademark of Harry Peaches and is the subject of a pending federal trademark application.
