Order Processing
All Harry Peaches items are custom printed to order and fulfilled through trusted partners. Your order is made specifically for you once it’s placed.
Processing typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after fulfillment
• International: Varies by destination
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control may occur.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the facility. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Multiple Shipments
Because items may be fulfilled by different print partners or facilities, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This is normal and not a mistake.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to sender due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, Harry Peaches is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues beyond our control. That said—if something seems off, email orders@harrypeaches.com and we’ll help you look into it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing issue, please contact orders@harrypeaches.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Eligible items will be replaced in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.
